Earth, my home and yours. For better or worse, we’re stuck here (at least until the Spaceport opens up), so we might as well make the most of it.
In honor of Earth Day, we here at Quelab dedicating this month to sustainability.
New Mexico already has a great community of people dedicated to sustainability, including great organizations like the New Mexico Solar Energy Association and creative thinkers like the people behind the Taos Earthships. We believe that, by providing a space that nurtures creativity instead of consumption, hackerspaces are an important part of the sustainability movement. We’re working on eco-friendly upcycling projects that I look forward to sharing with you in the days to come.
