The Registrar is the main point-of-contact regarding membership at Quelab. This office used to be part of the Treasurer's office, as members are the main source of revenue for the corporation, and remaining in good standing with membership required being paid in full.

The term of office for the Registrar is one year, and is appointed by the board with the advice of the President.

The responsibilities of the registrar are as follows:

  • New member onboarding
    • Arrange orientation
    • Verify waiver & emergency contact information
  • Maintain Membership List (WildApricot)
    • Prepare quarterly reports for Board – To include current number of members, number of new members, and number of members lost (and reason why they left)
    • Issue Expiration Warnings and Notifications for Cash members
  • Conduct exit interviews for expired members
  • Coordinate with other stewards/board members on issues regarding memberships
    • Treasurer for Recurring Payments
    • Tech Manager for adding to the online resources as needed
